We've Moved! A Note from Ms. Elizabeth Summer '24
Happy Summer! Elizabeth here- I can't believe we are in July already and our incredibly successful Spring Show was nearly two months ago! This past year has been one of the most wonderful, memorable and joyful experiences for Onelight and myself. Onelight Studios was birthed out of a desire to serve the local Signal Mountain Community with professional, creative and inspiring training for dancers of all ages. I had the time of my life directing the Onelight dance program and treasure every memory, every student, every experience this year has brought. It is these treasured moments that made Onelight's sudden and exciting move to Franklin, TN a truly bittersweet experience. My family and I absolutely love our new community. But I do so miss the faces
I got to see every week on the Mountain. Thank you to the incredible Mountain Arts Community Center, the fearless leaders Dick & Cheryl, their fantastic staff, my teaching soundboard and buddy Lauren Day, the amazing Adult dancers that made my cheeks hurt and sides ache, the supportive and amazing dance families, the incredible students, and my amazing supportive husband. This has been an unforgettable year. Look me up, Signal Mountain, if you ever venture north! We'll be lighting up a studio or two :)

Utilizing inspirational music and choreography, neurodivergent participants will be given an opportunity to learn basic dance technique while expressing individual creativity. Aiming to provide a safe, supportive environment, students will be encouraged to use their imaginations as they experience the joy of movement.

SUMMER DANCE FOR KIDS

Summer Dance for Kids is the perfect opportunity for your dancer to maintain technique while also exploring creativity! Students will be guided through a traditional ballet barre and center to help them keep and build on all the progress they’ve made during the year. Woven into the structure of class, dance and movement exercises will offer inspirational outlets for personal expression and imagination.
