3!
What a joy it was to teach you all this year! It's been amazing to see so much growth in the short amount of time we have been together. I look forward to teaching many of you again next year; and for those of you moving to a different level or other ventures, I will genuinely miss you! No matter where you end up next year, I'm excited to watch you grow and progress even more.
Summertime is indeed a fantastic time of year and I hope you all enjoy time with friends & family and make incredible memories. I would like to encourage you to make sure you are carving out time to stay in shape for the Fall. You don't want to find yourself struggling to regain the progress you've made once August hits. Taking steps to ensure you stay in shape for dance will set you up from the beginning to have another phenomenal year of growth.

To help a little with this, I have compiled a list of some of my personal go-to people from YouTube. I'll also be including some videos of the conditioning we did in class these past couple of months. (Stay tuned, as this will all be uploaded over the coming weeks!)

Always feel free to reach out to me any time. Have a wonderful summer everyone!

This lady is fantastic. She has a huge library of free content covering everything from a gentle stretch routine to intensive cardio/weight training. Depending on what you need on a particular day, she'll most likely have a video for it!
As a former professional dancer with NYCB, Kathryn has tons of valuable content. Everything from advice to foot stretches to full classes, she covers it all. She even has some classes that are "Intro-free"; once you have a particular class down, you can
re-visit it without the talking in between each exercise.
This channel offers some great classes (especially those from 5 years ago that they offered during lock-downs).
I particularly like Ernst Meisner, but all of the teachers are great.
