Elizabeth began her stage career in Theater and has enjoyed roles such as Kristine (A Chorus Line), Lady Macbeth (Macbeth), Mrs. Gibbs (Our Town), Anita (West Side Story), Mother (Amahl and the Night Visitors) Belle (Beauty and the Beast) and numerous supporting roles.

Deciding to focus more intensely on dance, Elizabeth went on to perform with companies and residencies across Houston (Psophonia, Dancepath Theatre, Hopewerks), NYC (Amalgamate), and DC (Gin Dance), serve as faculty member and choreographer for numerous schools and studios, serve as assistant producer for Project Dance events, choreograph and perform for NYC equity productions, choreograph for YAGP finalists and semi-finalists, and act as guest choreographer for musicals, recitals, solos and showcases across the US.

In 2015, Elizabeth founded Onelight Dance which seeks to serve local artists, professionals, and audience members with inspirational work and performance experiences. Through collaborations, Onelight has helped raise thousands for organizations that serve their local communities with life-changing services.

In 2023, after a brief hiatus of embracing her new role as Mom, Elizabeth founded Onelight Studios in efforts to serve the Signal Mountain, TN community with training that inspired, educated and equipped dancers of all ages.

Franklin, TN was next up and Elizabeth and her family adore their new home!  When not teaching at FSCA, homeschooling their 6 year old, being wife to her incredible husband or exploring their new home, Elizabeth is always looking and praying for ways to minister through the powerful gift of dance.
